First of all, the ladies at the Front Desk are completely rude, ignorant, and very offputting, Im not sure how they are even employed there. The rooms are dirty, the whirlpool was completely dirty, Both times, yes they changed my room and the room I was put into was dirtier than the first. The beds were itchy, they have the nerve to actually have old "pull" out sofa beds which were so disgusting. The "whirlpool tub was full of dirt, makeup, scratches, you name it!
I notified the hotel and all they did was take a few dollars off the room leaving me to still pay 200 dollars for a one king bed with a 70's pull out sofa! The waterpark....i dont know where to begin, the place smells, the hot tub was warm not hot, the pools were all warm...scary...everything was just dirty and the place is not well kept. The most disappointing part of the stay was that they dont offer any breakfast included, and they overprice All the rooms, not just the whirlpool room.
They tell you that you have to pay for wristbands for the waterpark, but no one ever checks anybody in there to see if they have a wristband! so they charge you an extra 20-25 dollars per person just to rip you off even more! what a disaster, if you are in the southeast wisconsin area, do not i mean do not waste your time and money here. I came here to relax and have fun with my children and i did not have fun at all. there are very few water rides, slides, and they dont have a wave pool. this place absolutely sucks and i would not even tell my worst enemy to stay there. I should have gone to (((competitor's name redacted))) or anywhere in !!! never again...smh..even the hot tub was dirty
