I purchased and paid for a shirt on May 24th 2014. I used my paypal account to make the purchase. I immediately received an email confirming the purchase was processes. A week went by & I did not hear from them. So, I sent an email response requesting an update. An individual by the name of, Kavena Adamson, responded several days later stating the shirt I ordered was out of stock and would be available within a week. In turn, I wated a week & emailed [email protected] back to get a status update. Which she responded on June 1st with the following message. "
Hi! Yes they have shipped out and should arrive this week to you. Thanks again for your patience and understanding. "
I followed up with several emails requesting a tracking number & have not received a response providing the information requested. At this point, I requested a full refund of $42.40, which included the $10 for shipping. Several emails later, directly from the site http://shopcraveboutique.bigcartel.com. Still no response & their turn around time states 24 hrs. At this point I still do not have the item I ordered or a refund. I am dissatisfied with the boutique & would like my $$$ refunded ASAP!
