I am going through the same thing with crazyincense.com.I sent them $128.97 for an order and got an email right away telling me it was received.The next day I received an email telling me the order was shipped along with a tracking#.Days went by an nothing came.After checking the tracking# through USPS it showed nothing was actually shipped only preshipment info sent.On there site it says shipped.Its been over a week now and all my emailes have gone unanswered which usually only means one thing.I will continue to try to get there attention but believe they will intentionally avoid my attempts.
for a while they worked ok but lately there is 0 costumer serves. no email return no answer to call and my shipment is 3 days late. there are other site dont use this one
Ordered on June 9th. Took my money on June 17th. Now July 11th and still no order. Still..."processing". Phone number does not work, disconnected. Emails not answered or looked at. Although cheap in price they're totally worthless. Do not buy from them.

Crazyincense is one big rippoff, i never got my order and the owner nathan wont respond to my emails and i never got my money back.
