This company recently reported on my credit that I owed them almost $600 from Quest services in 2008. First of all, my bill NEVER was near that high of an amount, and any amounts owed to quest were paid at the time the services were turned off. But in December 2013, Credit Management reported to the credit angecies that I still owed them. After calling to try to get this debt resolved, I was only told over and over that the debt was mine, I still owed the amount stated, and the only way to get rid of it was to prove that I paid in 2008 or pay now. I finally settled with them at 50% of the amount although feeling at the time that I did not owe them.
Just today, I checked my fiance's reports, and come to find out that Credit Management is now reporting to Transunion that he owes them $102 as of Oct 2013. He has never used Quest or CenturyLink and the original debt is being reported from CenturyLink supposably.

Report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
Report their illegal acts to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
