In october 2013, i financed a 99 mercedes benz ml430 from keorner ford. therefore, i was introduced to credit acceptance who financed my the car. in january 2014, the car broke down and i had called my AAA to come and bring the car to the dealership for repairs. since the car didnt have a warranty on it the repairs were 1200. i couldnt afford it. but credit acceptance still wants me to pay for the car that i havent had. they keep calling me telling me that it got reposessed from the dealership. i knew it was all a scam. so i mad serveral calls and credit acceptance told me that by law, they cant give me the car if its not running. so i stopped my car from going into auction. i called the auction place and to my surprise, not only is the car not running but credita acceptance sign me on a whole new deal to keep paying on this car. this was a waste of my money and i would like my money back and to get out of this deal with credit acceptance. and the dealership at keorner ford for selling me a faulty car
