We have a home warranty through Home Warranty Services (HMS). We had a problem with the ceiling fans not reversing. Since our home came with a home warranty plan I called and filed a claim with HMS. HMS sent Cremer Heating to check out the problem. Ty Cremeer came and told us that the bedroom fan needed to be replaced because the motor was bad. Three other fans needed new switches to make them reverse and move the air up or down. Cremer contacted HMS and was authorized to make the repairs. Cremer could not find the reversable switches. HMS authorized all fans to be replaced. Total cost to HMS was to be $700.00. Now six months later Mr. Cremer is calling us stating he was not paid by HMS. And if he did not have the money in had by December 31, 2014 he would be forced to come to my home and remove the fans. So I call HMS and they say Cremer Heating has been paid in full. I call Mr Cremer at is work number and he states that he has not been paid and that he would come and take the fans...I said oi Cremer that I full filled my oblagation to him when I paid my $75 deductable. Cremer states that he will in January file a mechanics lien on my property. So I call HMS back and was told by HMS that he can't do that. I ask HMS exactly what he claims he did. I was told he replaced four ceiling fans at the cost of $700. I stated no he did not. Cremer replaced one fan and installed three switches. So Cremer has lied about what repairs he did on my home. He is cheating the HMS company...Do not use this business!
