Be warned, even if you have a Verification of Disability and you attempt to terminate your gym membership, your request will get denied if your primary care physician is a physician assistant. According to Crossroads Fitness, that is not a real doctor and it is very obvious, based on my attendance at the gym, that I am unable to use the facility due to medical issues, Crossroads Fitness refuses to terminate my membership. I've never dealt with such an awful company and I suggest everybody go somewhere else!!
