I am a Photographer in a large city and I was approached by Chris Sardinas and rep from his company CS3Design to do some Photography. I was hired to shoot 3 Hotels right off the bat for a ver low agreed upon amount. There were no real instructions only a one page set of guide lines indicating that they wanted some interior shots of the Hotel. The first shoot was 300 miles away and I had to cover my expenses to get the shot done. After the shoot I transfered the files as agreed and sent an invoice. I repeated the process two more times completeing 3 hotels in a two wekk period. I sent an invoice two more times in anticipation of getting paid to cover my expenses. Then I get an E-mail saying I need to re-shoot the first location because one of the drapes are closed and some of the still shots are blurry. I asked to get paid for the work done and he said another Photographer is going to take care of it and I wont be needed any more. Where is my Money? I asked a few other photgraphers on the Forum I belong to and he has been doing this to several Photographers around the country and does not pay them and says it is because of a mistake. Room too dark, Curtain closed, People in shot, ect... I think the hard working photographers should be warned about this crook. Don't be Exploited by this Scammer!
