On January 22, 2015 I ordered a product from CTBeauty, I spent over $40.00 and have not received my product or a tracking number! I am going toreport them to my Attorney general and the I am going to go to my local representative and I am calling our news channel. I want to warn people that there company's that can operate and steal on the Internet. Call me naive, but I guess I have been very lucky until now, but I will not accept having my money stolen! Please do the same by filing charges at attorney general, news and your local rep. Only way to stop such bold theft.
I got my money back 23.00 -- thank goodness via paypal >>> but how bout all those others that will fall victim to this?

Had to go through my bank to get my money back. I filed charges with FBI for their fraud unit. I never heard anything but I encourage everyone to do this. They can shut them down! And hopefully if enough people file online with FBI fraud, they can get them for grand theft. Also file case with attorney general and BBB. I was stupid once, but now if it seems hokey, I won't take the chance no matter how good the price!

I ordered two products directly on the CTbeauty.com site totaling $63. The purchase was charged to my PayPal. I did receive a confirmation email which gave me a USPS tracking number that said it was shipped via 2-day Priority. Cut to two weeks later and I still didn't receive my package. I tried calling the number listed prominently on their Web site and only got voicemail. After calling a couple times and leaving messages and still not getting an answer I tried to find their other contact information. But they don't have any on their site. Their Twitter account is relatively inactive as is their Facebook page. Red flags that they have no customer service. Finally I contacted them through Amazon. Someone from their company, I assume, emailed me back and said they'd check on my order asap. Four days later and no response I decided to initiate a dispute through PayPal. Immediately I got an email from them saying they refunded my money but when I checked on my PayPal account there was no such record of this.
This company should be arrested and jailed for grand theft, after they stole 42.00 from me, I then noticed all the complaints against against CTBeauty, it seems at least a few people actually got a product. I have filed charges with attorney general and contacted MasterCard, my bank, which is how I paid. I am going to contact the local news, maybe they will add these thieves to their consumer protection segment. Please be smarter than me and investigate the website, if it doesnt have a contact listing and it doesn't look legit, don't be naive! These are common criminals! Hope authority can send them to jail where they belong!
Scam company. Do not trust them. Ordered item to Uk but it never arrived.
I ordered a jar of Oribe Rough Luxury Molding Wax - great price and free shipping. However, when it arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong version of this product. There was no invoice in the jiffy bag package. So I went on line and looked for return information. I now have a confirmed return request as part of my account info but that is it. There is no address to send the jar back to. I have emailed a few times and called 4 times and noone gets back to me. Right now I've paid for a product I don't want. This was my mistake but it can be corrected if someone calls or emails me back.
This has been going on for over a week. I will try once again to leave a message. The area code indicates that the company is in Connecticut but I can't find them.
I will certainly not do business with this company again.
Purchased a hair conditioner. Comopany appears legit as you receive emails and a tracking number. But the tracking number is bogus as USPS never receives the item for delivery. The company has a Connecticut number on their site but no one picks up.
I ordered hair care products for $50. They charged my card and I received a confirmation (of sorts). Issued what I now see is a bogus USPS tracking number. There's a phone number with an answer machine 203.807.8282. I left 3 messages and sent 4 emails. Never heard back. Items never shipped. I did a search and found this wesbite.

I ordered an item from this site in January. When I didn't receive a shipping confirmation I had a bad feeling. Called them twice and emailed them twice. No response at all. Now I see all these complaints about them. Stupid me for not checking them out first, but I suppose I've been lucky all these years using the internet! Have a friend at the BBB - plan to run this by her tonight.
I placed an online order with ctbeautyctbeauty.com. I received an email from [email protected] saying thanks for my order from Shopify!? It said the order was shipped via usps first class mail and that I could track the order. When I clicked on the tracking link it showed the status as "a label was created at the usps store".
A week had gone by, so I contacted CTbeauty.com via email. I have received no response. I called the number on their website which was 203-807-8282 and left several messages again,with no response. There is no way to reach an operator, no matter what option you select. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of a live person.
Three weeks into trying to get a response via email and/or the phone with no luck. CTbeauty.com has already taken the money out of my account and not delivered their product and has not contacted me in regards to the several emails and phone calls I have made.
This website and company appears to be a total scam! There has been no response to my emails and messages. I want to report this company and the lack of customer service and zero integrity for what is represented online.
I ordered some Hair products January 21, 2015 and stil haven't received my order. They provided a tracking number and said the product was shipped, when I check the tracking number there is nothing there. I have called, left several messages and emailed with no response. Do not order from this website!! They are scams!
CTBeauty is commiting fradulent, criminal acts when they "sell" and charge consumers for good that they do not intend to follow up with accordingly. I had the same experience as many others. Their website needs to be shut down.

Same story, my 14 year old ordered flat iron, $100+, legit looking site and email confirmation, but no item, no answer, no return call or email.
Ordered product, my card was charged but never received product and no way to contact them.
Placed my order almost 20 days ago. I never even got a shipping confirmation so I attempted to contact them via email & phone but I never got any reply or call back. I hope my money will at least be refunded with my visa purchase protection. Everything looked legit to me but seeing all of the same exact complaints I cannot believe these jerks are still in business!
Same exact scenario. My order was placed January 5th and it never arrived. I've emailed and called, left voice messages and absolutely no reply. I'm hoping my purchase is protected with my visa so I can at least get my money back. It's crazy they're still in business after seeing so many complaints about the same exact problem.

Ordered a product because it was a dollar cheaper than the verified companies selling it at 24-25 dollars.
Phone calls not returned. Emails not answered. They accepted paypal payment immediately, but product hasn't even left the "place of business" and its been over a week since the transaction.
Already filed with PayPal for rectification. I have already contacted fradulent seals/certificates they are using on their website. But I am extremely savvy with the Internet research and a few lawyer friends. It's not about the 23.00 they are probably attempting to take and not return, but about speaking for all the customers who paid for products from this website and never got them.
I know they operate different websites and keep themselves as anonymous as possible -- but I have already obtained their origins of information and will escalate this further if they do not refund my 23.00.
Placed an order through the tbeauty.com last week, they charged my cc right away. I've never received an order confirmation email or the shippment confirmation email and obviously the order never arrived!!!!! My fault,didnt check the reviews online before ordering!!!! it is a skam web site!
I got the same exact thing as all the other reviews: credit card charged, shipment on its way, no status on whereabouts of the order, and nobody answers the phone. It has been 2 weeks.
Amazon, Yahoo, and other big names should know better than to sell this company's products.

Ordered 2 items from them, received a phony tracking number and items were never shipped. I tried contacting them daily through phone and email with no response or answer from them. I have since reported a fraud claim through my credit card and paypal and are awaiting a resolution on the matter. Stay away from this site, complete fraud!
