My husband received a bill for a toll on our personal truck, supposedly carrying our tag number. The problem is, we live in Sherman, TX and were not in Dallas or on any toll road on the date they are trying to charge us for. In fact, that date, the truck they claim used that toll road, was sitting in our driveway. In other words, it could not have been our truck or our tags. This is either a really bad joke or a scam.
They want $2000 for $54 worth of tolls from 2009 that my late husband said he paid. He died in 2012, and I've had nothing in the mail from then until just the other day.
Sure, I'll just write you guys a check. Processing fees, you know, they're expensive.

totally incompetent and anti-customer
our txtag was working (2 charges) but we got a mailed bill for another charge + $1 processing fee
we've had a txtag from the very first day and always pay on time
this charge is obviously some form of error on their part, + a "fee"
they never answer their phone and they never called back
They are obviously part of the total TX toll road scam and their system is designed to never allow customers to make direct contact
they need to be shut down
