This company is a rip off. I recently took my truck to Cummins Power for them to fix a part which was under warranty, which they did not want to fix. They went back and forth with me about honoring the warranty. FINALLY they decided to cover the warranty but, OFCOURSE they also found other issues with the truck( THEY have to come up with some way to make money in steal and lie) From day 1 after I drop my truck off, I received an email stating that there was parts missing from my truck or some other problem. They hold my truck(claiming to be doing repairs or either figuring out a way to rip me off further) for almost 3 weeks,and about time it was over I had over a 8 thousand dollars in damages. I will recommend to anyone do not go here to get your truck repaired! But, that is not the end! When I received my truck I have a check engine light come on along with other warning lights. I called Cummins Power to report the problem and stated to them that none of these lights was on when I first brought my truck to them. They responded as if they did not want to fix it and it was not their fault. They finally said to bring it up to them and they'll take a look at it.I did just that and now they're saying the problem has nothing to do with what they fix in the beginning. They're saying I may not get my truck back until 3 days and of course another healthy bill, since theyre not taking responsibility. Not to mention I miss work for a month as they repaired my truck and now they're asking me to miss more work,which means no money this is just crazy! This company is again a rip off please don't waste your time nor money! Their service is terrible, bad communication, and bad customer service! I will never do business with Cummins Power (university drive)! I hope this review helps.
