Not 100% sure but based on photo 95% this is Paul Vincent Smith of Western Illinois.
He married Aurora Iasillo /Iasello in the late 90's and the two of them were scamming people promising jobs in the repossession field. He would charge $250-$800 for a class. He would fulfill the class part but disappear when it came down to providing the job.
He started in Chicago and scammed peoople in other cities, Indianaplois, Saint Louis, Louisville, Virginia Beach, Seattle and possibly Portland. He is not afraid to move to other states when law enforcement starts asking questions. Also live in North Carolina when he ripped off people from Virginia Beach.
He used company names such as Talon Recovery, Midnight Services, Repo Plus
Hard part in tracking is his common name of Paul Smith. Know for a fact his parent live in Western Illinois possibly Peoria area. Know that Aurora divorced him as he scammed her too but she is just as dirty. He goes after girls with low self esteem and easy to manipulate in getting credit cards for him. He did something simlar with a fellow employee.
Part of his scam in promising work was to have them fill out an employment and background check information but stole SS# and other information to obtain credit or steal indentities.
