I found Dave Brown advertising custom made dune buggies on a website. I have specific disabilities in which a custom dune buggy would really help me get around my property and provide a recreational release that i have longed to experience.
Dave Brown agreed to build a custom buggy for me at an agreed price and ship it to me. He even uploaded videos to YouTube inidcating the progress.
Soon after i sent him 4,000.00 he contacted me stating that his welder had broken and that after he built my buggy he was not going to build any more buggies. At the same time he stated that he did not know when he could deliver the product i paid for.
We are now coming up on one year and he has failed to deliver and does not respond. After a short investigation I found that he has done this to another individual and may be seeking others.
If you come across this person please contact me as I have notified the Attorney General of Michigan and have a strong case for fraud. If I have one more as evidence this guy is for sure going to jail.

Whatever he says, Do Not Send Money to this person as he is using it for personal use and justifies his actions as though he is the victim. Let's put him away.
