I have a check that is no good bank says account is closed. also have prommissary note .when I ask for repayment he threatens me with he lawyer he maid twwo small payments.that shows good faith I need to leave him alone . the above paragraph is far from the truth. First Value Vending has no transaction with Bob Oneill the author who did not sign his name. Chicago il. He has received $600.00 cash for his loan and $credit of $300.00 towards a purchase of a Dixie bottle/can soda he purchased today 02-07-15. He (Bob) wrote me a check drawn on Chase Bank for the balance due on soda machine. He never had a promissory note. To be clear

been resolved and not due to rip off report or scam whatever it is called. this was resolved between 2 men not an upset person ranting to the public. All of these venues are a joke. Pointless and no validity to them.

Sells you multiple units at a great price as long as you pay up front. Whatever you do, don't do that. He has lied and promised more deliver dates than any sane person would do. Blatantly tells you lies. Over and over again. He will drive a normal person insane. Over a month of daily promises of delivery. Then he just doesn't show up. No call, no nothing. He is so sick he had his 80 year old mother call me and promise more deliver dates. Guess what? Didn't show. I told him from from the beginning that he will regret ever meeting me. I will sue him to the fullest no matter what it costs me. STAY AWAY!
I've researched this company in great detail now, seems he started with a company called Dicks Vending Service, they went out of business and he's been out on his own for like decades now, operating as a complete scam, it's amazing he's still in business and not in jail. Call any legitimate illinois local vending machine parts supplier like American Vending, Preferred Vending, etc and they'll laugh the minute you bring up his name.
Finally, I also spoken with an senor officer at the Plainfield police department and they said they are well aware of him and his "operation". Having discussed these issues with numerous customers both in state and out they mentioned it's only a matter of time before his operation is over. Until then lets say, caveat emptor (let the buyer beware).
Do yourself a huge favor and stay way away from this person.

June 30 2015 Dave was called to one of my barbershop to get a vending machine fix I've done business with him before and seem like he was a good guy. But this day he real showed his true colors. I called him to fix a bill acceptor on my vending machine he told me it will be 200.00 dollars to fix we agreed to it so I gave him the money when I usual use to give him have then half when it was repaired but since he always came back I trusted him . He said it will be repaired that day so he left one day passed called him said it will be done the next day then that day passed said it will be done the following day that day passed now it been past over a month and my machine just got fixed by another legit company.. I've texted him called him multiple times and he agreed to fix it but nothing ever happen.. I've lost lots of money on this machine and had to pay anothe company to fix it Dave I really hope you come to your sense before the right persons makes you come to them.. Like I told you on the phone Dave Theirs no more talking that chip is on your shoulder so watch it. See you soon

I, like everyone else On other scam forums, have heard every excuse in the book as well as dozens of setup delivery/return times that passed without return. Does anyone have his warehouse address of other contact info. I'm going to pursue legal action and need to know where to send the notice!!

After trying to buy a soda machine off craigslist and getting excuses I looked up his company name and number on Internet to see if I could talk with some else.
Just spoke with this guy McDonald about 3 vend machines, tells me pay up front today and he will give me a free machine.
Told him I don't do business that way , and would pay when each machine delivered , he also offered free delivery.
6 calls from him saying if not paid today the deal is off and no free delivery.
Low n behold I look him up and found this and rip off report and told him about it , wow he got mad and saying none of this is true and then started calling me names .
Well Dave got me too. I knew nothing about Dave till he moved in next door to me. Well its been a whole year now and 3 bounced checks later no Dave! Now he is no longer here in Lyons because he didnt pay his rent. What a shocker! After several phone calls i hired my lawer to go after him. I am tired of his lies telling me he will be here today then tomorrow then the next day. B.S. The guy also had his mother call me to say dont worry my little David will be there tomorrow to pay you. So I am fed up with him and going to press federal charges against him for writing me check from acounts that he knew were closed.

SPENT AN HOUR ON IT AND SAID THEY ONLY SUPPORT 432 FOODS AND THEIR HOUR WAS UP. MCDONALD SPENT
AN HOUR ON IT AND FOUND A PURPLE WIRE THAT GOES FROM DIRECTION ARROW BOARD TO DISPLAY BOARD THAT WAS BROKEN, REPAIRED WIRE AND IT WORKS GREAT. HE ALSO FIXED SEVERAL COOLING UNITS THAT HAD COMPRESSORS CHANGED BUY FAMOUS RUSTYS GEORGE THAT ALL LEAKED. MCDONALD REPAIRED THE LEAKS AND THEY ARE ALL OUT MAKING ME MONEY. YOU ALL TALK SHIT ABOUT HIM AND HE IS QUITE TALLENTED.

He came out to fix it and removed the coin changer said had to order a part .
Not sure where this part needed to be ordered from but - A MONTH and 38 phone calls later he returned to install , left me with a non working machine for a month.!
One day I called him 10 times only to get voice mail.
He is a one man operation with a cell phone .
