I am a seasoned inspector and i have done quite a few inspections for david hauser/favored panel. I have always had to nudge to get paid, but several months ago, he requested i do approx 63 inspections. I did, w/ the exception of a few that were ridiculously far for the reimbursement. I have spent almost 3 months trying to get paid. He is hiding behind, what they are calling a "staff accountant," aka rogers advisory.
I was owed over $500, and with a great deal of emailing, was told i would receive an installment payment of $301...A couple of week later i received a check for $201. Then more stalling and told i would get another installment out the 1st of this week...Nothing. I sent an email inquiring, and received this "no-reply" excuse that they were restructuring, and on or about 10/6 those of us who are unpaid will receive installments until paid in full. I am pretty certain that, like the other promises, that one won't happen either. Everyone who signed on with david hauser is told that it is a 2 week pay cycle. That has never happened once for me.
This "staff accountant" may or may not be legitimate, but it is certainly likely that david hauser is either affiliated with this company or owns it. Just another smoke screen to hide his lack of integrity behind.
Again, as a seasoned inspector, i know what and how reputable companies carry on business...And david hauser is not one of them. I strongly suggest you think long and hard about agreeing to work for this man because the only one who is going to get paid is ...David hauser.
I was contacted by David and did some inspection jobs in November and December 2018. And now I am not getting paid. I have called no one will answer or return phone calls or emails. I’m getting the run around from his so called book keeper as well. I am turning them into everyone I can for fraud and I will be contacting the company that hired him to do these jobs and let them know he is not paying the inspectors. Will never work for them again.

ripped me off for over $400, NCCI terminated his contract for fraud
He pays a over a month later. He owes me over $400 for April 2018 work. NCCI has terminated his contract for fraud.
Of course, he, his wife, Joseph Paylor and Rogers advisory do not answer emails or phone calls.
I am filing in small claims court. I am going to post on Craigslist, He is a liar and a fraud.
