not sure about his whereabouts in London - i heard he was back a couple of months ago too but the company logo he supposedly worked for was removed from his linkedin...
Haven't managed to locate him in Paris either, he is probably hiding. The mobile phone number i have sourced for him is a french one = +33617562238. Not that he picks up the phone though...I am about to get the new address for his relatives in London, and am planning to pay them a visit. the guy needs money, I doubt he works and eve if he does that will never be enough to sustain his lifestyle...so he probably borrowed them some money which means they know where he is...
If you ever come accross someone by the name of David desbons or David lauvaux, avoid and run away from this individual.
He is a total scammer and crooks who will take your money like he did for me.
I have a real estate company in Paris and at first David seemed very nice, professional and responsive, assuring m she was the best marketing expert online in the real estate industry and that with his know how and expertise it would take our company to the next level. We then after a few meetings paid him a €4000 deposit for him to start the work, and that is the last we saw of him. He suddenly stopped picking up phone calls or emails.
We are now looking for him. If you hear about him or know where he leaves or resides in Paris, do let us know.
yeah...the guy has been around for a while in london...i was told he was hiding in paris where he has some family.
Have been chasing him, emails, phone calls, for similar reasons to yours but for several years now. Lats time i could track him, he was crashing at some relatives in London, or at least that what he said. I had their address and went to see them, but the girl i talked to said he was not living there anymore and she had no clue where he was. Did look totally shocked when i told her why, so i guess the guy also lies to his relatives!!! wealthy, nice family i would say so i doubt they believed me when i said he was stealing me money. was more than 5 years ago and my search has not been progressing well...

i showed a few people a picture of the guy, and asked to be informed if anyone heard anything...And it worked!!! after 5 years, but it worked...a friend of mine who dates a French chick said his girl met Desbons at a party. That girl's friend overheard Desbons saying he was dating that french actress, Lea Seydoux, at a party. she did not pay much attention until he mention that name, but she knows my friends gf is a big fan so she started listening carefully and waived at my friend's gf so she comes closer. then they heard him say he was a successful web entrepreneur (the french arrogance...) who helped some successful web start ups back in London. that he had an office in mayfair, had been dating a Euro heiress for a couple of years but then split etc etc...It matched the description i gave my friends and my friends' friends and the few info i managed to get here and there.
so the girl called me yesterday. now i know where to find him as this idiot has his address and phone number on the French white page website! he does lie in Paris (ah ah!!!!!!!! live...and lie) under name David Desbon (without "s" - a desperate attempt to hide???) in the 17th arrondissement. at least 2 other people who made contact with me are looking for him as well. he owes them loads of money and in one case he even offered to pay its debt off with illegal stuff...the guy is a compulsive liar, a crook, totally delusional and i am pretty sure that i onlyknow half of his sh...
am considering my options. go to the cops here in London but how good is that for a french guy living in Paris? or go myself.

I met this guy in Paris at a bar, he told me he was dating a french actress, and tried to sell me some drugs.
He went on about the fact that he had bought too much and needed the money urgently to pay some people he owed money to.
I understood right away there was something wrong about him, as he kept looking everywhere around him, as if someone was looking for him.
I hope you catch him, if it can help it was in the 17th in Paris, so he must be around there.
If I spot him again I will let you know.
