Hired David lloyd in October 2014 and have been in his office seven times from October to March 2015. I asked David to call some creditors and give me some time to pay my bills after closing it after 21 years. David asked me for checks for his service. He never addressed any of my creditors until they put a lein on my bank account. Now I find out David never addressed my debts with my current Real estate attorney and I have real problems. David will not return phone calls e-mails and could not figure out what kind of bankruptcy I needed. He ruined my life which I am still looking for answers after he did nothing after $800.00 worth of payments. I wrote to the bar association of Chicago and the disiplanary commision. I went to him for help and after five months and my bankruptcy case has been dropped leaving me with endless phone calls e-mails and visits from people serving me court papers. When I saw David I was under the impression a bankruptcy lawyer could help me and give me some time after my failed business. Was I wrong! Please post this so I can help somebody else from harm and aggrivation.
