David Silverman advertised a "Help Wanted" ad in Craigslist. The advertisement stated that he was in search of property inspectors to take photographs of various home/properties. The work is required to be completed within 24 hours. Mr. Silverman pays $10.00 per address. Mr. Silverman has requested that I drive 50 miles for 1 job, which is for $15.00. By the time one burns up fuel and time, where is the profit? The contractors, per Mr. Silverman are paid on the 1st and the 15th of every month. I have worked for him for about 3 weeks and is well over pay. I have not received a check from him yet. I have requested a paycheck from him, however he simply states you get paid when we get paid. I have completed 7 jobs all within the required timeframe, however no pay. Poor business run practices, a sorry excuse and a blowoff person. Do not work for this company, you will not get paid.
