The company sells on ebay and has negative feedback, however, the colume of sales is high so you don't notice it on percentage. I purchased a television lamp from them and they had a warranty. Within 4 months the lamp stopped working. I contacted them and they gave me an RMA#. I have been dealing with them since they received it in October.
All they do is give the run around. First they claim they did not receive it, then they claimed the box did not have RMA< then they wanted me to find tracking, and when I find tracking number that they received it they started claiming it was too late but they have it since day they received it.
They do not honor their warranty but advertise it on Ebay. Ebay will not help because although they let them advertise the warranty they will not investigate why they are nothonoring it. They stall on shipping so that by the time you receive it you cannot get your money back guarantee or file correct feedback.
