I bought a car from USA auto sales on Broad River Rd in columbia, sc. Dealerfunding financed me. I bought the car 3/11/13 i had my first problem on 3/17/13 i have my dropbox photos that have date and time of each and every issue. I love taking pictures for my security and others. I informed the car lpt and dealerfunding of the check engine light. Shortly after i was receiving a light informing me the car was running hot which it wasnt. I have the dated pictures. It was a sensor light. Car lot states the radiator cap wasnt tight, that wasnt the case. 3rd incident, as im riding home from ga the whole sunroof departed from the car and disappeared down i20. I informed car lot and dealer funding. I have pictures to prove it. After the car lot rigged a too small sunroof in the car it fell on me as i was driving to work almost causing yet another accident after the first roof went down i20 the second hurts me.
Informed dealerfunding of issue. They dont care. After almost 2months of them not fixing the car or replacing the car they wanted me to continue to pay them, insurance, and catch cabs to work. Not at all i told them to come get the car because it has been sitting almost 2 months with no roof and im quite sure water damage now because it got rained in several times. They still put the car on my credit without resolving the issue. I would not recommend these crooks or the others to anyone. Im still in debt behind this car. I have plenty of pics available. If i had the funds i would take them all to court with every piece of evidence.
