Do you know why there are so many press releases and stock reports about this company? They hired a seach engine optimization company to flood the search engines with fake reports about this stock and this company to hide the true reviews reported by the current customers and people who know the truth - the ex employees that figured out they were a part of the scam and got out.

This company is a nightmare - they strong arm the market, the stock holders are bamboozled - they got a real scam going on here.

Call 10 brokers - call 10 auto transport carriers - the all hate Dealertrack and what they are doing. I'm sure if you called 10 car dealerships and asked - you'll find the truth. Don't believe the hype. It's all false.

I hope the attorney general looks into this scam soon.

Just a warning - if you have stock - get rid of it. This is a train wreck about to leave the track - trust me.

As a leading broker/carrier in the auto transport industry, I would like to voice my complete disgust with Dealertrack Technologies. They purchased Central Dispatch about a year ago and have made no improvements what-so-ever after trippling the fees.

If you are a broker and need a dispatch board there are not many choices out there. This company bought the monopoly. That's sad when you see how poorly they run it.

1) not enough staff to answer the phones

2) they allow anyone to use the service - no matter how badly they serve the consumers

3) they don't fine or reprimand companies that completely abuse the system.

4) they make matters worse by not enforcing any common sense rules of the dispatch rules.

Investers beware - this company will quickly be ruined by their own internal struggles to get things right.

If a competitor were to offer a similar service for free for three months.... every company that currently subscribes to Central Dispatch and JTracker would quickly jump ship and go with a company that gives a crap.

They buy Central Dispatch and spend month after month trying to help car dealerships and leave Auto Transport Brokers and Carriers in a ditch on the side of the road. We are treated like poo on the bottom of their shoes.

We are tired of it Dealertrack. No wonder your top executives are dumping their stock. (Google alerts are great).

Get your act together. Make the product worth something. Improve the dogpoo software you desperately need to improve.

Reach out - talk to brokers/carriers - get a feel for what we think... send out a survey or something. You people suck!

Sell it to a company that understands. You don't have a clue.

If you are thinking about becoming a broker or a carrier in the auto transport industry - think again. There are very few companies that handle the dispatch software. Central Dispatch was purchased a little over a year ago by Dealertrack Technologies. The service went from bad to worse. They tripled the price and added no improvements for this increase. The customer service went from bad to worse too. If you have a problem they don't talk to you. You have to submit your problem in writing and hope they get to it right away. It's a joke. If I ran my company like they ran their company I would be out of business in no time at all. You see they didn't grow this company they bought it. Now they are driving it into the ground and pissing off every broker and carrier in the industry in the process. It is my sincere hope that they realize how screwed up their operation has messed with the industry and they dump the company to someone who cares.

Note: Every broker and carrier are suppose to have an up to date document packet on Central Dispatch displaying their credentials. Half the companies Packets are out of date or worse - they have no packet at all uploaded for viewing. This is a joke. Talk about a lapse in customer service. Dealertrack should be forcing each company to keep their packet up to date or they should suspend activity until it is updated. They don't do either. What a joke. Get your act together Dealertrack. At least try to act like you care. You obviously don't give a crap about anything. Mark O'Neil -CEO - kiss my a**. You are a butt head that is totally clueless.

Bad Stock - Bad Company - Run from it

Can I give a "no star" review? I wish I could. This is why America is going to hell. This company manipulates the stock value by hiring a company to flood the internet with tons of fake reports and stock analyst reviews that are misleading investors every day. The company treats it's customers like crap. They will all run to the next best option (and that day is coming soon my friend (Mark O'Neil your days are numbered). I'm a broker - your Central Dispatch and JTracker suck. The customer service behind it sucks even worse. Fix your company - grow up - stop being an asshole and serve your customers or sell Central Dispatch and JTracker to someone who cares. You don't give a crap. Dump your stock while you can because it's about to take a dive you idiot.

Total bogus software - dealerships beware... once you rely on their software they leave you in the dust when you need help. Best plan - don't start using the software. Stick with what y ou have now. Run - don't walk from these idiots... these total rip off idiots.... RUN.

Where is the government? These people manipulate the stock for their company by paying off small stock analysts willing to report anything you want for the cash pay out.

Don't buy the stock. Don't ever endorse this company in any way, shape or form.
