I orderes a cuisenart 2 speed immersion hand blende from dealscube on dec 10th for a Chirstmas gift. I contacted the company to ask where the item was. They responded with that it could take up to 6 weeks. When I ordered it said 10 days. After another month I contacted them and asked to be refunded, never heard back. I wrote again another month later and asked to be refunded, never heard back.

I made an online purchase through Dealscube in September of 2013. I never received merchandise and wrote the company.
Dealscube explained that processing the order can take up to 21business days and I gave them more time. I wrote them
again in November and they stated that there was a backlog in order and I could request a cancellation and receive a full
refund. I gave them until February 2014 and then requested refund. They sid they were sorry and a full refund would be sent
within 5 business days. It is now Sept 5, 2014, and I still have not received the refund. I have the emails I sent and their

I caught the red flags before I was able send a payment.
1> Price to be to good to be true.
2> Length of time the seller been on the site with no feedbacks.
3> No response from the seller on the sell. (almost 2 weeks)
4> The speed from the sellers contact just after Dealscube is contacted. (under 5 minutes)
5> No contact phone number for Dealscube or Seller.
6> Seller wanted me to wait 30 days after I make a payment through Paypal. His ad shows he has al lot of the item in stock.
