Ordered an item on DealTicker.Com. About a month later I contacted them via email to see what had happened, "they DealTicker" let me know it was too late for a refund and if the item was still available they would send it out to me.
Have sent DealTicker ([email protected]) 2 more emails have yet to hear anything else. Will not order from them and would warn anybody else to not use them. They are scammers, Thieves, Very Dishonest, and No Customer Service Skills what so ever.

Note: We have also filed a complaint with BBB and like many other complaints the Company completely ignored the matter. It is mind boggling to think this company still operates after the shear amount of complaints found online. Clearly the company is conducting business in a very unethical manner.

Contacted the company for the first time regarding this order on 08/31/13 and asked them to retrace the matter as the order was not received. I was told my card would be re-credited for the entire amount as they were having issues with their supplier not coming through.

After contacting them the company acknowledged there was a problem with their supplier who was not coming through in supplying the Ray-Ban Glasses ordered - Company mentioned they would issue a refund on many instances and did not . I have an e-mail stating they would formally do so after complaining again early 2014 (About a year after) and they yet have not done so - I called and e-mailed them over and over and now get no response at all - It is simply impossible to reach them. This matter is fully documented and I can certainly forward all my communications showing clearly I was been "stringed" into thinking I was going to get my money back all along.
Conclusion: After scouting the internet to assess overal reviews for this company there is clearly a problem in the way this business is being operated.
1. Ordered four deals in December of 2013. It is now April 24th and they have still not arrived.
2. I contacted DealTicker and they refused to give me a refund because it was not within their refund policy timeframe. ... funny how if it WAS in their refund policy timeframe I wouldn't even have a compliant?!?
3. I have now sent multiple emails asking for updates and assistance. ALL have gone unanswered.
4. My delivery address I used when I made the purchases in 2013 is no longer valid (it was a BufferBox address and the company has since gone out of business). I informed DealTicker of this in one of my many emails yet still did not receive a response.
5. In total I am out of pocket about $60.
BEWARE - I still receive daily emails advertising all these wonderful deals on DealTicker... buyer beware... even if it seems like an incredible deal... is is a complete rip-off. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again.
