One can always overhear him screaming and yelling at his poor wife on the phone, whom he abusively calls at the top of his lungs all sorts of racist names like “Mexican W****!” and other such racial and ethnic slurs.
It is common knowledge at the law firm that Sean Hecker “goes both ways” but prefers male company, and so every year when the incoming law clerks/attorneys/paralegals come in to start work at Debevoise, Sean Hecker makes it a point to corner each and every single male worker and feel them out to see if they respond to his advances. He is an embarrassment to the law firm and to the legal profession as a whole, and if you are unfortunate enough to have him working on your legal matters you are urgently advised to check, and then double check, his billing invoices because 9 times out of 10, they are completely and totally FALSE.
