Seller send follow email; I have been notified by Google Wallet that I can't begin the shipping because they need to secure a refundable insurance deposit from you until they can allow me to begin the shipping to your location. It appears that there are some governmental laws that they need to take to complete this transaction. They told me that they will refund you the entire amount once you receive the car and I will have to pay some taxes once the transaction is complete. I have everything ready for the shipping but I can't begin the delivery until you send them the refundable insurance deposit. I am very very sorry about this situation but I didn't know about this measure until now. I am very sad that this will delay the transaction and I don't know what to do. If you can send them the refundable insurance deposit as soon as possible I can begin the shipping this evening. They told me that they will refund you the insurance deposit once you receive the car so this is not an extra tax for you .
