Voice mail from a foriegn sounding possible ,Indian gentleman left message stating he was from the Department of the Treasury, and it was important i called back or I would be in trouble.
So I did , I was already suspicious, the name on the message did not match the Phone lookup and neigther were the DofT
The message claimed to be Steve, the phone number claims its Crux i wont include it here as it might be real.
I askied were they are located , and they would not answer , so I hung up and am contacting the D of T directly to report the issue.
I do not know what the end game would have been but assume they were hitting random phones to get a responce. So I called from Work.
