I ordered a free sample of dermageneix off the internet 8-9-14 and had to pay for the shipping and handling to get it. They called me on tUE 8-19-14 Asked me if i like the dermagenix that i received, i told them that i hadnt tried it yet, but i was going to probably try it this week. They said my 14 day trial was over i needed to have sent it back by today or i need to pay them $149 and what credit card would i be using today? I told them i was not going to pay for anything there was nothing stating that i was supposed to pay that it was sent as a sample i had already paid for the shipping and handling to get the item, i hadnt used any out of it and if they were going to try to charge me for it, then ill just send it back today, they tried to lower the price to $69 and asked me if that would help me at all? I said no im still not paying for something that was supposed to be free, then they said well then we will have to send this to collections then, I said you do what you have to do, and I'll do what I have to do, I'm still not paying for it, and I hung up the phone.
I have been ript off by this company.iam a pensioner and can not afford this .how it started it was on aservay so i got to the end ,and they said just pay a dollar for your free sample ,but i could not read the small pint ,because my eyes are bad .i have sent them emails and it just comes back to me .they have a company here Media communications p.o.box somerton . victoria australia 3062.they just send the samples to the customers .i would like my money refundered .iam going to my bank to stopthem taking any more money out of my account .i have tried to ring the number in the states but all i get is not connected.i will try the company here . so please try and get my money back for me ,when i get a sample of the stuff i send it back .it does not work and i came out in a rash
This company is a bunch of crooks! I thought I was ordering a one time "freebie" and was putting only the shipping and handling charges on my credit card. I should have known better! When my "free" sample arrived, there was no receipt, shipping label or anything. Again, I should have known better. Lo and behold, about a month after my "free" sample came, I received another bottle of Prodermagenix, again, with no bill, no receipt, nothing. Then, today 10-19-14, I looked at my credit card statement and there was a $129.00 charge on it! Took me a while to figure out what the charge was and then even longer to find the website. Actually got the best information from this website. It's obvious this is a recurring charge that I did not authorize, thinking it was a one-time, free deal. OK, so, I will attempt to call the company tomorrow, then I will visit my bank to see if there's anything I can do short of canceling this credit card to stop these payments. This is clear deception and fraud and these people need to be stopped!!!!!
I responded to a survey from what I thought was my bank. I was logged in and in the middle of a transaction when the pop up appeared. In order to exit I filled out the survey.
According to the survey I could choose from three prizes for filling out the survey. I chose a product called Dermagenix and and excepted the shipping and handling charges.
The next thing I know Dermagenix is charging my account and withdrawing money that I did not authoriize to be withdrawn.
When I called Dermagenix I did not get a buisness response. I talked to a male who then tried to scam me on how I should have sent the product back after 14 days if I was not satisfied with it.
There was nothing in the survey stating that I was buying a product or was in any way responsible for sending it back. It was a prize for filling out a survey. Bad move on my part for sure!
When I tried to describe the product as being trial size the man informed me that they only have one size in that particular product. I informed him that I did not order his product and I did not want his product.
He tried to convince me that because I was not completley satisfied with the product and had not sent it back with the 14 days that I was responsible for the full price of the product. when I argued that fact with him he tried to strike a bargain.
If I would sent the product back and pay them the cost of shipping and handling then they would refund me all but $24.00. No way was I going to agree with that! I called his scam and told him that I was going to report him.
He responded quickly with a... no we don't want that and a... tell ya what we are going to do. He gave me a phony refund code and I'm sure his name was phony as well.
The money has not been deposited back into my account.

I also equested samples of the above.
NO WHERE on the small print did I notice any special conditiions.
I have now on my Credit Card Statement noticed amounts of $137.54 + $4.13 transfer fee - $127.15 + $3.81 transfer fee.
The product is USELESS and I too think this is a scam.
