DermaJuvenate Reviews

Derma-Juvenate is a rip off. Like others, I ordered the 'trial' bottles of this product. Once received I cancelled both and have employee names, numbers and return shipment numbers to cancel. Now I get another $94. charge to my Visa today for something I returned weeks ago. I spoke to someone named Shannon, what a waste of time. Would not acknowledge the cancellation numbers and kept giving me the 'sales pitch' when someone calls to complain. I sent an email to the company and will call Visa now to reverse this charge and do not allow any further charges to my card. BEWARE...do not order 'trial' versions of this product. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I only ordered a sample and they took another payment over 112 from my account! The products - samples are worthless.

I just ordered this product and then did research on it, duh. I came across the information of it being a rip off and so i cancelled my credit card right away (as i could not cancel the order). Aprox. 2 hours later someone from Derma Juvenate contacted me to confirm the order and I mentioned that I had cancelled the order due to information about them being a scam "CLICK" the guy hung up on me, didn't even want to discuss any further............. Interesting. I am very happy that i found this site on the internet and took the time to read it, as I have had this type of thing happen to me many years ago and even though they were to cancel the order, they continued to take from my card and when I went to contact the company the number never worked, resulting in me having to change my card. I should have known better this time around, but when you see celebs promoting the product, you think it must be ligit. Please be sure to do research before ordering anything on line, especially if it is free or a trial product, nothing is for free.

This company is fraudulant! They do a hard sell about improving your skin and encourage you to 'purchase' a free offer. The two jars of cream arrive and then they charge your bank account hundreds of dollars!!! I now notice on the internet that they have been doing this for years! Don't let them do it to you. If a deal is too good to be true, it probably is.

When I phoned to complain, the first choice was to cancel my subscription. (I didn't even know I had a subscription!) I stayed on the line a little longer and talked to a sales manager. He refused to accept an unopened product and then eventually offered to refund half of my bill on my credit card. I'll see next month if that happened.

Someone needs to stop this company from defrauding people around the world.

DermaJuvenate online scam

I was unfortunate to fall for an online scam and ordered a free sample of Dermajuvenate Cream (2 types). I have since been receiving more product and my credit card is charged every time. This is a fraud because I have seen the exact ad at least two other times using a different product name. This product does not do what it claims. I receive no answer at the number given for customer service. Please advise what I should do to stop this and hopefully get my money back. Regards, Mary G.

Same problem

Did the same thing What a mistake!

I am calling the visa company now!

First mistake. Read ad. Thought offer of sample might be worth postage price. Wrong again.

Filled in form, including (where was my brain?) credit card information.

Then, I thought might be wise to suss out this company on the 'net. Took less than 3 mlns to

realize I should just close form and forget it. X'd out the form and left the site.

And forgot all about it....until I checked credit card statement and saw a charge of $4.??.

Immediately sent email to master card to dispute charge.

Yesterday, June 3/14, received small parcel from P.O. Box500, in North York, Ontario.

No company name, email address or phone number.

It contained small tube of skin cream but no bill, no paper work of any kind. It is going back today!

Today I looked at credit card account on line to see if they had sent update on dispute.

Another charge from dermajuvenate......date may25....over 90 dollars. (can't check amount

now because i have already cancelled old card.)

I immediately sent email to dermajuvenate to address found of one of their sites, Surprise!!

It came back............Undeliverable...

Called master card and they will file dispute with dermajuvenate.....said they have ways to

find outfits like dermajuvenate that i don't! I was also told dispute might take up to 60 days.

What I do not understand .....a) how did they get my information when I did not click on Submit Button?

...b) why did I even look at any ad that offers anything FREE?

So friends, hope this will serve as warning to someone....No Free Anything!!

Company certainly does not stand behind their product.

On February 21/14 took a particular consumer survey on-line, after the survey I was offered a choice of thank you gifts (visa gift card, DermaJuvenate and two other products) All I had to do was pay the shipping.

I chose the DermaJuvenate and paid for the shipping by credit card, there was no other disclaimers asking me to read the terms and conditions. On March 4/14 I received the product and no other paperwork was enclosed.

Not thinking I would be charged for anything, I later checked my credit card statement and noticed I had two charges on my credit card:

March 11/14 for $89.31 U.S. and April 10/14 for $94.70 U.S.

Called DermaJuvenate customer service on April 12/14, advised was charged twice for a free product. They said I should have read the terms and conditions of the trial offer. I informed them there was no free trial offer that the product was mine as a thank you and all I had to do was pay for the shipping.

Even if there were a 21 day free trial period which the customer service person informed me of on the phone, the 21 days ended on March 13th/14 and I was billed on March 11/14.

Also the pricing for the same product changed not sure what that is all about, if it's being shipped from the US should the cost of the items be the same.

Asked the customer service rep for a refund on the April 10/14 charge and he said he could offer us a 30% refund only. I never even received the product.
