I purchased a Toyger kitten for $1500 from a breeder in Aurora, Il. The cat was guaranteed for 1 year. When I received the cat in Florida, it had severe diareah and continually pooped on all my carpets and walls. Took the cat to the vet and was told the cat had irritable bowel syndrome with no cure and for it's lifetime. Paid the vet $228, explained to the breeder, but was told no refund. So, now I am out $1728. The breeder says it is my fault for not spending more money with the vet to find the problem. I said no more money. She said too bad.
First of all Mr. Moore knew that kitten had problem with soft stool . I did not want to send this kitten , I offered to send another boy a keep this one for more observation. Mr. Moore insisted on shipping this boy he named Shar Khan ( all E mails saved till now) Kitten was fine for a while before this problem returned. DesignerStripes offered to take this kitten back a replace with another of the same value.Mr Moore rather that pay for shipping, or pay $300 for more test his veterinarian offered DONATED !!!! yes donated ( I have signed document from his vet ) my kitten to veterinarian clinic !!!!!! I was soooo upset, I love my kittens very much and I care about them even they are in their new homes . I was in contact with veterinarians from that clinic, it did not take too long to do a couple more test ( they offered to Mr. Moore for $300) . They solved the problem and one of the doctors adopted him I was very releived and of course I would NEVER send my kitten to a person who was not willing to pay $300 and just let the kitten go.....
