I bought a dfi aging 60 second facelift product at a kiosk in the mall. The salesperson was very persuasive and would not take no for an answer. I decided to try the product with the understanding that if I didn't like it for any reason, I could return it. The product made my face tight, but it also made it red and itchy. I was told that it rarely causes an allergic reaction, but I guess I'm one of rare people, because I tried it again and the same thing happened. I went back to the mall and the girl that sold it to me was not there. I was also told that the only way I could return it, is if it was still in it's original wrapping and, now get this, unopened! There was nothing I could say to change her mind, so I went home with a $500.00 jar of a product I can not use! I was willing to exchange the product for something I could possibly use and can you guess what happened? The sales girl tried to sell me even more product! Gotta give her credit, she didn't give up!

All and all, I guess what I am trying to say is, that if a company won't take something back unless it is unopened, how will you know if it works, or if you are allergic to it? If you have a company that charges such high prices for its products, then if the customer is unable to use it, there should be a way to return it for a refund or at the very least, a different product. I checked on their website and the same policy applies. It has to be returned and received within 21 days exactly as you received it; sealed and unopened.

So, I spent $500 on a product that, due to no fault of my own (it was supposed to be hypoallergenic) I cannot use. Shame on them, and shame on me for letting someone rip me off for a $500 face lift product! Live and learn! :(

Not worth the money

Like one of the reviewers, I also purchased the 60-second facelift at a kiosk in a large, upscale mall. I was shown pictures of results and there was a customer that was there that "raved" about the results. The salesperson told me how I should apply it, which was at night for the best results. There was no discussion of how long the effects would last and I was promised that I could return it if I wasn't happy. I was very hesitant because of the price so the salesperson said she was going to give me a special deal and all I had to do was try the product and tell my friends about it. The sales pitch was good...I purchased it for $500.00. When the receipt was given to me it said "no returns" and I again asked the salesperson about returning the product. No problems, she said.

I tried the product several times and frankly, the results were not as promised. I too had a white residue and I used very little product. I called the manufacturer and was told exactly how the product should be applied even though I was told something entirely different than when I purchased the product. I tried it using the manufacturer's instructions and the results were poor. When I went back to return what I had purchased, the kiosk was gone. I am also "stuck" with a $500.00 mistake.

I would never buy this product again regardless of the "bargain" I received.

I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and went to Las Vegas on vacation. Bought a dfi aging 60 second facelifit and a Body scrub In Cesar Palace mall. I have just used the Scrub in shower as indicated and became completely glued of it. After 30 min trying to get ride of it (even my rings and nails were stuck in a yellow stick pasta..) it were able to clog my drain ao that flood my hole bathroom as well as my bedroom. A terrible mess. Can not Belive my eyes. I consider this product a big mistake, it's smell bad and features low quality. I regret my purchase. Spent $300.00 for having a plumber unclog my drain in Easter Holliday And pray to not have health issues.
