I used this website for an MRI and CT analysis and two different doctors on there had 2 completely different opinions which is not unusual. But neither would offer any opinion to a large mass on the MRI and CT. When I persisted for them to make an opinion about it they refused. When I contacted the websites customer service they kept sending emails filled with skirting language and not addressing the issue. When I requested a refund they told me they don't refund money but I could have a 5% off on my next diagnosis. And encouraged me to seek another opion on there website. why would I continue sending money to somewhere in Hawaii must be nice living in that state and having people send money to live in such an expensive state.
When I tried to interact with the doctors on there that did my case they would also just avoid the inquiry and use medical terminology that an average person wouldn't know. You'll have to look it up and then it won't make sense why they didn't want to interpret the scan in the first place. If you want to give money away find a better charity then this to donate to. It's wasted money. I wasted $300 on there and they wante me to continue feeding them money. Just don't do it find a better second opinion out there on the internet more than likely ther're there. i will try another one and see. I believe there's 8 others.
