When first signing up to work with Trudy Foster we were told that within 30 days one credit bureau would be in good standings, the other two within 60 to 90 days. Over a year of making payments neither one of these have reached this point of good standing. I have been making all of my payments on time and keeping my credit cards debts down as instructed. What I dislike the most is how unprofessional she is. First off, you only hear from her a day before payment is due and she gives you a quick story of how she is about to pull your credit, only to make it seems as if she is actually putting work in. After the payment is processed you never here from her again. If you call her she never answers or responds. If you're lucky to get her, she quickly picks up the phone and give you some type of run around line such as, " I'm waiting for them to pull your credit now". After that, you don't hear from her until the next payment time comes around and she gives you the same generic line or shoot you a generic email. I have phone records, emails, and text to prove that she never follows through. Her communication skills are awful. I understand that a person may have many clients that they are working with, but if you are not able to handle business professionally then hire more help or don't take on clients that you can not assist. I"ve had her tell me mutiple times that I'm going to call you back and I never recieved a call. When she does answer she tries to fast talk you as if she's on top of things and quickly gets you off the phone. Although she kept giving us the monthly round around about pulling our credit we always checked for ourselves and we still didn't see much of a change. Did she forget she had us set up equifax account so that she could check the score? Maybe so because i have three of the same text over again asking us to set up an acoount and i responded back each time that we have already done it and resent the needed info over three times. I have been in this program for over a year and I am still in the same position. I have even stopped service once before and was told to just give her a second chance. I regret ever doing it because nothing changed! This was definitely the worse experience ever! I would never recommend that anyone do business with Diamond Credit Solutions!
