I rented an apartment from these people at the first of the year. The first day I moved in there were two leaks in the roof. I called Charlene who sent someone out to check the roof but there was still a leak in both bedrooms.
Within a few days we noticed that the bugs were so bad it was disgusting. I sprayed with multiple kinds of sprays and poured boric acid around and when I called Charlene she did nothing.
Soon the roof was also leaking in the living room and the only time I ever heard from her was when she wanted the rent which I continued to pay.
When I heard rats in the crawlspace I called her and she said that it was not rats but bats. I don't think that's any better.
Last week I noticed that there was water pouring out from under the wall into the hallway and the kitchen and I called her, got no one to come out. The tile in the hallway was mushy underneath from the water.
A couple days after this the ceiling in the kitchen caved in and it stinks of mold and dirt in there now. She sent someone out after a few days to look at this but no one has come back although it's been four or five days.
This place is unhealthy and dangerous and should be condemned. I can't believe someone would treat other people like this. They need to be put in prison or worse!
Okay so we moved into this house that is 4 bedrooms that Keith has rented out to us. Now he hasn't fixed many things on it and I was looking to see if they really are legit Real Estate Brokers or if they are ripping off the unassuming tenant? I don't want to pay someone that is out scamming good honest hard working people out of their money. They don't fix anything and I just want to know if anyone has heard anything or if they know whether or not they have a real real estate company. Someone please help!!
