Docplay.net are criminals, fraudulent thieves, who advertise online for products that they do not have, will not close your account like they state and steal, any refunds that they have given you. I went online to see what company had a movie that I wanted to see. A site said Docplay had that particular movie, so I went to the site and saw that there was a trial membership for $1 to view movies. I filled out the form, thinking that I could watch this one movie and then close my membership. After I had filled out the form, I searched for the movie I wanted and could not find it. They did not actually have this movie available- fraud alert. Then I did as the site said and called the phone number to cancel my membership, only a half hour after joining. I thought that that was that until seven months later, I noticed $34.95 withdrawals from my account to Docplay. I was rightfully upset, so I contacted Docplay to get a refund. They said that they would refund me three months which never happened. Fraud again. They refunded me only one month. I closed my credit card account and opened another account. I purposely did not tell anyone about this account. Docplay withdrew all $34.95 from this private account too, without my approval again. They stole all of the refunded money. They have never had my approval to withdraw. Not only that but I never used their services for the months of May to December 2013, when they were charging my account the $34.95. Why should I pay for services that I do not want, are not using and do not need. They are crooks! They should not be in business! There are so many people that have been ripped off from Docplay. Let's protect ourselves, do something about this and get our money back.
