When the item arrived, it came in a padded mailer containing an unmarked box with some paper packing material and a plastic bag with no markings or accompanying shipping documents, instructions or warranty materials, along with what may or may not have been a new amazon fire stick and remote control.
Under the circumstances, i considered that i had no way of knowing whether the item i received was new or used, so i tried to contact the seller so i could return the item and get my money back. However, i received no response to my e-mail.
So i waited a few days and then filed a claim with paypal. I may or may now eve see my money again. Meanwhile, i have not opened the plastic bag.
