I am an idiot for not having looked on here first. I was looking for a lead generation service and opted to look on a couple of public forums. Thats where I saw Mortgage Leads 4 Less recommended. In hindsight they probably recommended themselves.
Complete and total scam. DO NOT do business with them. Tons of red flags which I ignored, because like I said, I'm an idiot. Every post on this site is true. They make you feel comfortable working with them. They even offer a lower upfront cost because they want to 'earn your business'. The second they receive your payment, they disappear and you never hear from them again. Needless to say, no leads are ever provided.
I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I doubt I'll get my money back but these crooks need to be shut down. Here is how they are operating now:
