This company uses telemarketers to contact businesses. In our case our front desk answers the phone. They receive only verbal confirmation to charge the bank account for their service. The person on the phone is not an authorized person for the service. The business sends no information about their service and just debits the bank account every month as a merchant account charge. It is very manipulative to the front desk personnel and deceiving to the business owner.
