I was nearly tricked by the bogus bill that was sent to me. If the person who is so desperate for money and came up with this plan to steal is not in prison, something is wrong with our system. His mom must be really proud of him. Better yet he must be really proud of himself. In my opinion he must be a complete idiot, sociopath, or really hate everyone on the planet including any friends or family who may be in his life. If I was his own flesh and blood child, I would NOT trust him in the least. I know nothing about his past, but if there was abuse in his life, being abused early in life is no excuse for abusing or taking advantage of others. In addition, if the disclaimers built into his scam make this practice legal in any state, including Florida, that state has issues...
This company has written to me saying that I should pay them to re-register my domain with them by a certain date otherwise it will go off line. This is deceptive as I renew with my current host who charge me $9 a year. This company was using deceptive practices to appear as if I needed to do this through them at a massive fee of $64.
I am reporting this to Florida Police so they can investigate further. Here is a copy of the email I was sent.
