When I meet Rizzio in my home he promised he would find out and file papers exactly what happened to my brother the night he passed and what happened when a criminal broke into my brother’s apartment few days after my brother passed and partied and stole jewelry in his apartment.
Rizzio never did anythig he promsed except lie to me for 6 years to make sure I recived nothing of immeditae value.. It took me over a year to find out exactly what happened to my brother and the apartment break in. Steve paull also lied to the police about my brother.
In order to sign papers allowing Steve Paul to be executor, Rizzio promised also I would be getting all items I loaned my brother before he passed, in addition to everything that was spelled out in the will. For over 6 years Rizzio and his accountant friend lied every step of the way to make sure I got nothing of value. I ended up in the end with a bad loan form the accountant of the estate and nothing of any immediate value. That adds up to about $150,000 that I never received from my brother’s will
I never saw Rizzio after he promised me I would receive everything in my bother's will, except 6 years later a lawyer friend had to ply Rizzio to hand over a few photos he still had that were not sold by the estate. Steve Paul and his accountant friend was selling my proberty for over 4 years, while promising me I would recive everything. I nver heard form Steve paul after they took everything. My lawyer and I are still trying to get my prberty and cash Rizzio and his dishonest acountant assocaiate. Steve paul dies October 2013 never fullfilling my brother's wishes in his will.
