I've been on trial for 5 years. I had hired my legal defense to represent me on charges that I am innocent of. when I hired him he agreed to represent me through trial for fee of 2500. not once did we ever meet or speak about my case outside of court in the 20 or so resets that im into and still going through. His defense strategy was one that would deprive me of my constitutional rights and place me in a predicament l know would be the only way i would lose my case.

He set me up for 2 psychological evaluations that i never wanted part in but he requested. the reason being, that he claimed i was not in my right mind when i committed the crime when i never said i committed it in the first place. i was cohoerced into writng a testimony which was under the LP manager's inventory counts taken at the same time as i was held against my will in the manager's office.

the charges against me are off by 7 out of 10 months that the alleged crime occurred since i wasnt allowed around merchandise stolen (manager quit the same week. idk why). i provided state board documents to prove it. after 3 yrs of being set for jury trial and many plea deald offered (which i refused) they twisted my story around and they went from me being normal to me being crazy to the point i wont be able to make decisions for my best interest.

don hecker never asked me anything about case except have i paid in full. and to take plea offers. since i refused i assume he took the next step which was to take the power of making rrational decisions by labeling me crazy. after my 2nd evaluation i found a lawyer willing to take over case since after 5 yrs and counting no one was willing to. when my attorney would greet my accusers before even acknowledging me and spoke with them as if they were best of friends was a sign. when he never objected to unfair demands of the prosecution was another. he never follow up nor use any of my provided info. i felt like i was gonna be a victim like the Turner vs State case which the psychologist that did my evaluation also performed in. not to mention the judge's wife working for county clerk who made my evaluation public (removed after i wrote a letter to judge). the county clerk married to a prosecutor. the Elliots. judge just had a campaign. in which one of the psychologist is a contributor too. all this making me feel like i aim being victimized under political affiliates and big money corporation influence since my case has been suppressed and stagnant to produce an outcome. which i know would be in my favor if the constitution had any play in this.

So i ask, Does this sound like a person who cant possibly make rational decisions for himself?... i read about the accusations against the judge and Don Hecker online after i experienced what they are accused of. one by political opponent and the other by victims or clients like myself.
