I had a horrible experience with this man and his dental work. I would not go have any dental work done by Dr David Eggleston. I am in the process of trying to sue him and the attorneys that I have talked to said I will wait in line because he is being sued for malpractice. I was also informed that he is the biggest expert witness against dentist and that is how he makes his living. He is even being sued by another dentist right now. In my opinion, he is not a good dentist and not very ethical. I now have lost teeth that I am spending a fortune to get implants on. I do not recommend this man and I hope that I get justice and the others that he has harmed do too.

The independent Arbitrator determined the person making the post is not even a patient at my office. The "wait in line" comment is a joke. I have been sued once by a patient in the last 35 years and that was dismissed before it even got started. I am a dental expert witness once or twice a year, certainly not the way to make a living. I have testified in the defense of a dentist more than testifying as an expert for the patient. I am not being sued by another dentist. The person who made the 4/25/14 posting against me is upset because I testified for a patient in a major dental malpractice lawsuit. My testimony was determined to be truthful by an Arbitrator and Superior Court Judge. This person can't get over it and continues to post false statements against me.
