Dr. Melissa Kalodner was treating my minor child as ordered by the court and she violated her privacy rights, her civil rights, and her HIPPA rights, she used manipulation, Dr. Kalodner tried to get information from my daughter regarding court proceedings, hearings, etc.
I also saw Dr. Kalodner and she asks me questions regariding my history and in turn she leaked confidential information from a therapy session to the family court judge without notifying me without informing me .. Dr. Kalodner violatied all privacy code of ethics she is supposed to adhere to..
Dril Kalodner was on her phone texting during my session and during every one of my daughter's sessions as well as she was using profanity during the session with a minor she was tellling me and my daughter private informaon about other clients that she is treating she gave us details of other cases she is dealing with.
i recorderd my conversations with her and she agreed to give me access to my daughter's records and then refused to give me access to any of her therapy notes.
Dr. Kalodner blatantly pejured herself in court on the stand under oath and the family court judge did nothing about this.
