We accepted credit card info over the phone and did a sailboat charter for mr Downey and two guests he invited.
captain did not process his credit card info on the boat and base manager didn't either till after the client left the boat.
The card then was determined to be invalid and mr Downey has refused to return calls to make good on his card info.
this happened July 26' 2014 in Honolulu.
