York Yates performed a breast augmentation for me some months ago and the results are well below what I expected. I was told these would be natural looking and that I would be getting the work of an "artist" or "sculpter" as I read online. I read the reviews and was reassured. I went to his office and was given a huge vote of confidence by Dr. Yates and his staff. My experience was quite different and not consistent w what I read in the reviews. I have large scarring, a very fake look, lopsided results and it is as if no real thought or attention was put into my surgery. I now and researching other doctors that can fix the really awful work that he did. By the way, it is worth stating that when I pressed his staff about this one sympathetic staff member let slip that his desk staff is actually told to create reviews in between clerical work. If that is true it makes a lot of sense because this doctor really disappointed me. I really hope that is not the case! Others out there be careful!
