Don't go near this place! Bought a car from them, it needed a repair almost immediately. So we fixed it, no complaining, just did it. About 4 months after we bought it we decided to move out of state. With no time to sell it we called the dealership and they said they would put it on consignment. Big mistake. They said they would take about 1,000$ for fees associated with selling it, our return would be about 5,500-6,000$ about a month after moving it was sold, but the owner then told us that we would only be receiving $ 1,700!!! The reason stated was that they had to do many repairs to get it sold! Keep in mind we just purchased this vehicle from them no more than 6 months prior and it needed $4,000 worth of repairs?! They basically stole our car from us!! It may not be much money for a greasy car dealer but it's a lot for a family on a fixed budget. After the owner hung up on my husband we called back, when I mentioned bad reviews he said he could always tack on more fees so we wouldn't even get the $1,700, UNBELIEVABLE.... I wish I had read some of the other complaints online about them before doing any business with them, but it's too late now. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Also they have fake yelp reviews on their web page, isn't that a form of fraud?

Simular

They sold my car too, and with only 56,000 miles on it, they said that it needed $7,000.00 in repairs. The car ran perfect when they got it from me, and now they will not pay me. There is a group of owners that are banding together to form an alliance to take them to court and sew them. Their arbitration clause is non-binding. Do not do business with them. Contact the Manchester NH Newspaper and read the story about them and the NH Attorney General who is investigating over 50 complaints against them. Bad people, Bad people. stay away from Stephen and anyone at DOC.

You will be sorry...

Scammers!! Do not go with company!

Pursued me weeks, reassured me three times over, I give in, they take car, does not sell, told to lower price to where I get

more if I scrapped it at a junkyard. They want to make their money off of it without giving the owner a dime.

Complaints are growing by the month...DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Now telling me I have to move the car from their place at my expense!!! DURING THE HOLIDAYS!!!!

They took the car, they should return it!!

Dusty Old Cars Scam

Stephan Condondemetraky and Dusty Old Cars are the biggest scam artist around. I had them sell my 1978 MG Midget that I had spent $7800.00 on fixing up One month before I had Dusty Old Cars take the car, I had Brit-Bits in Rye NH, the only MG dealer in the state, inspect the car and was told that the car had nothing wrong with it. It took them 8 months to sell the car. I was told that the car was sold for $8000.00. It took them 4 1/2 months to send me the check only after I hired a lawyer that sent them a demand payment letter. I received $4200.00. They said they had to make $1800.00 in repairs including $175.00 for a battery. I have never spent that much for a battery. Don't go near these people. I will be happy when they take these people away in handcuffs.
