Purchased a 2004 Jaguar from Nadine Hudud of Dynamic in mid December, 2014. She represented the car as being excellent with the only issue of bumpers being repainted. I paid $$8,800 for the car and had it shipped to my home in Arizona.
The car arrived and had obviosuly been wrecked, (they somehow scrubbed the car fax). Engine mounts broken, front air ride non functional making car impossibel to drive. No climate control function whatsoever, radio and sun roof did not work. Air bag and check engine lights on. Transmission fault. Car failed emmissions. Car was a total turd and completly misrepresented by Nadine.
I complained about the issues and demanded a refund. She told me to screw off. After many calles to her, she finally offered a $500.00 refund. I refused and said I would take her to the state atty general.
She is now withholding title to the car until I agree to sign a release of claims (which I am refusing to do).
In my opinon, she is guilty of fraud, wire fraud, extortion, and probably many other crimes. The car is sitting undrivable.
I have an email from Nadine citing the condition of the car as being excellent with only repainted bumpers. I also have an email from her refusing to send title until I agree to accept $500.00 and sign a release of claims proving at least two of my claims.
I also offered to let her relist the car on Ebay and pay the shortfall and she said they don't want to because they are afraid of bad feedback.
Do not do business with Nadine Hudud. She is a criminal by every definition that I can come up with. My next stop is the Texas atty general.
