Earthlink business website sales foriengers can't set up 5 domains and get it right. We ended up cancelling. We spelled it out for them in eMail as well. After 3 months cancelled.

Had two other accounts we paid in advance and they stole our money with miss billing. We can't get our money credited back. Even after contacting Vice Presidents through Linkedin.com. They lie as much as their hard core business website foriengers.

Went back through invoices and showed we never recieved the promotions they promised.

Was told website was 24.00/month by their sales foriegn shyters, because domain registration was FREE. Then, found we were charged for domain registration after all. Now, BAIT AND SWITCH, we can't get our money back.

Tried for (2) months to get it al; straight. And, we were good paying customers. Only to have smoke blown up our ---- by Vice Presidents we found through Linkedin.com.

WE BELIEVE THEIR FORIGNERS LIE ON PUPOSE TO SIGN UP ACCOUNTS SO THEY WON'T BE FIRED. AND THEN, BAIT AND SWITCH.

BAIT AND SWITCH IS A FEDERAL CRIME !!!!

Contact the Vice Presidents through Linkedin.com and publish their names with crimes.

There has to be Federal Crime: Department of Justice, Federal Wire Curruption laws. We will report this to all Federal authorities.

The so called, Vice Presidents, are like dealing with stupid kids ! They are very young and can't handle adult responsibilities or knowledge.

Many of my email contacts have told me they have received repeated spam messages "from me" using this email address:

[email protected]. It involves a weight loss scam. I've never done business with this company and I have no idea how they hacked me but I guess it's getting pretty common.

Earthlink ripoff: I inquired into getting Earthlink internet service where I was moving to and was advised coverage was available. They took my credit card information and charged me a total of $40 but a technician called me and told me that internet was not available where I live due to the rural location. I called Earthlink to advise them this but they did not believe me. I offered to give them the contact number for the technician but they transferred me to tech support. They insisted internet was available and put in the service request again.

I was again called by another local technician who told me that internet was not available where I live. Earthlink continues to insist that I have internet service and I had to cancel my credit card to get the charges to stop because they refused to cancel my account. I disputed the charges that had already gone through with my credit card company but was unsuccessful because Earthlink told them I had internet service and never cancelled.

Today I received a bill from Earthlink for $110. I called them and they would not talk to me for several minutes because the person kept asking me for my email password which I had no clue what he was talking about. He finally told me that there was an early termination fee and he said something about the bill being due to me disputing the charges with my credit card company. (even though my dispute was not successful). He said there was nothing that could be done. I was charged for internet that I was never provided, had to cancel my credit card, and now have a past due bill which they said will be sent to collections. I don't know how to resolve this.
