Guy on phone was very professional when I called. He walked me through the differences between the 1000watt and 1200watt scooter. He answered my 50+ questions i must have asked and then gave me a discount on buying both scooters. Packages arrived 2 days later at my house, very well packaged, 2 sets of instructions including a youtube video assembly link which was very helpful, and the best part is the scooters are very good quality and the fastest ones i have ever ridden. Bottom line, his scooters are made in China, and are very cheap quality. This would not be as big of an issue, if his customer service wasn't horrible. He never answers his phone, and when he does, is the most condescending telephone tough guy A-Hole you will every deal with.
The fact that he has 8 ripoff reports on this site, and that he pulled his Amazon page due to negative reviews is proof enough. The fact that he rebutts every complaint sent his way, and denies any wrongdoing, shows that he is either insane or has such a big ego, that he can't accept ever being wrong.
I don't know what made his so bitter, maybe his ex-wife cleaned him out, or maybe he is just sexually frustrated, but the guy doesn't act normal.

CALL this company yourself! here is a NEWS FLASH!! NO Scooters are made in USA --- and if they ARE.... you cant afford to buy them people! Just like every other thing you buy 99% is made in China! WAKE UP. It takes good businesses like EASTCOAST that has been doing this for more years than any other seller and knows the products and has a real live person answering the phone. Just because it is made in China doesnt mean it is junk! ALL the scooter you see that are similar ARE MADE IN CHINA>>DONT BE FOOLED by bogus reports on websites from competitors bashing eachother. I race these scooters for fun and have been buying these form EADTCOAST WHOLESALES for over 10 years now.... always has parts.... always has videos that show you what and how to do things.... and always answers phone or reply by email within 24 hours. This is a legit company and others are only trying to copy his business plan.

We have done business with Craig for many years and own more than 1 of his models of scooters.... NEVER had any problems.... always has videos showing how to assemble or trouble shoot. ALL scooter you see on ebay or amaozon are made in CHINA its the company after service and support that make the difference between the good guys and the bad guys... EAST COAST WHOLE SALES is one of the GOOD GUYS! don't be fooled by bogus reviews probably posted by another scooter company trying to make you think this company is bad so you will buy form another.... don't believe the trash.
