I ordered a pink elephant on OCT 13th 2014 from Rosella Spaid shortly after I received a greay elephant I brought this to her attention to which she said I must have read the listing wrong and I was lying. she refused to send me the item pictured that I ordered. she isa a down right scammer and should be avoided on ebay. the grey elephant was less rare and she did not want to take such a low price on the pink elephant.

I purchased a copy of Microsoft Windows 7 on EBAY. A few days after I purchased it I received an email from Ebay saying the seller was no longer a registered member. I contacted ebay and they contacted the seller who inturn contacted me and assured me that I would receive the item. I received the item about 2 weeks later. I loaded it into my computer and registered it to what I thought was Microsoft. After about 30 days I got a screen message that this was not a genuine Microsoft copy of Windows 7. I contacted Microsoft and tried to register it and it was definitely a counterfeit copy. I contacted Ebay and explained all of this, they opened a complaint and tried to contact the seller. Ebay said I had to wait until Oct 16th to escalate the case before I could get a refund. On Oct 16 , I contacted Ebay and was told that the 30 day period that I had to file a claim had expired and I could not get a refund.

I won a bid for an eBay auction item. Yallstock then sent me a message saying I needed to send them $19.95 more for them to ship my item. I had already paid the $20.99 requested in their eBay add for shipping plus the cost of the item I bid on and won for cheap. I contacted eBay to complain about Yallstock's extortion attempt and the eBay Rep read the extortion message and said Yallstock was holding my item for ransom, this was not right and that eBay would investigate. It has been 6 days since I won this auction and they have yet to ship although they did give me a tracking number, (PROBABLY BOGUS). Also, Yallstock continuously engages in Shill bidding. This means that they bid on their own auction items to elevate the price which leaves the buyer to bid above the artificially inflated bid in order to win the item. Many of these Chinese eBay auction sellers do this same thing for electronics item auctions.

These days I click the "Report this item" link very often. I select "Listing practices" next... "Fraudulent listing practices" and finally... "Seller is using other accounts to inflate item price".

Yallstock sells a ton of stuff on eBay so I would doubt eBay will do much of anything to correct this situation since eBay would be hurting their own bottom line by doing so. It's all about the money.
