On__ I received a call from CCRate911 who offered to reduce my credit card interest rate by shifting my debt to a 0% interest promotional card, with a lifetime guarantee that when the offer expired they would again find similar offers and transfer the balances as before. I agreed.

They then proposed to leverage some of my excellent credit to offer similar services to other people who may not have such a high credit score, and then pay me a commission. They had me open a Chase credit card to transfer my existing balance from my Bank of America Platinum card. They then found a promotional offer with Bank of America and charged $6420 to that card, $4245 to the Chase card,

After nearly 3 months I received no commission so I called and was told that checks are mailed out on the 1st and 15th of the month and a check would be sent out within a week. I eventually received a check for $300+ dollars in early August, but have not received any since then. I was then asked if I had been contacted by anyone from the marketing department, to which I replied, “no”.

I received a call about 2 days later (8/15/2016) from Ebiz Innovations and the representative said: What we want to do now is start making around $5000 per month using an additional $12,000 applied to my lines of credit. I expressed concern about burgeoning debt and was told that I would not be responsible for that debt because it would be shifted to a business. I then stated that I wan not planning to start any business as I had neither the time, not the interest. He reassured me that they would do everything and I would have little to no participation (as if I were an investor). I asked what kind of company or business and was told that it was a marketing company. I agreed to the proposal.

The next call from them was to ask me what type of company I would like to set up and what “niche” I would choose—Niche means what product I would like to sell. I told them again that I don’t want to sell anything nor do I want to start any business. I also inquired about clearing the debt from my name and shifting it to the business, and was told, well they can’t really do that right now and I need to establish my business including a website and YouTube marketing video. This, of course would require several thousand dollars more of investment using my credit, and they would again apply for more credit lines to fund it. I again made it clear that I do not want to establish any business and that I now wanted my money back because the situation was always changing and each change involved more debt in my name. I didn’t like the fact that none of this was made clear from the beginning, nor at any point did they outline the entire project or business plan.

After speaking with manager Thomas Chancellor on 9/9/2016 he informed me that I cannot get any refund because the cancellation period had already passed and the money was already spent on the services that I had already received. I responded that I was never told of any cancellation period, and questioned what services I had received. He told me that I had received the business package in the mail and that the cancellation notice was on a contract I had signed.

After signing on with a legitmate online marketing program, somehow eBiz got hold of my interest in it. They lied about knowing my original company and getting referral from them to expand my potential by building a fantastic website.

Lacking funds to enlist, they used high pressure tactics such as signing on 2 business credit cards for mega-bucks to enroll in their program. I was told website would go nowhere unless moving forward with great promise for earning cash, between 4-5K / month. To date I have earned not a dime. Fine print in contract read "eBiz does not warrant that services it performs or products it provides will meet Client's requirements" Huh? What was point of signing up with this now, unreputable, ripoff company. They are a ripoff, and salesmen, directors who spoke so enthusiastically about potential results will not return my phone calls. Socrates said it best, "Caveat emptor" let the buyer beware.

Beware this company will continue to call you over and over until you can't get rid of them. They tell you many lies of what they will do for you to make money from your investment. They have you do all the work in building a web site, and they do not explain or break down where you investment will be used for your benefit. I lost every dime and they quite answering their phones when I need to contact them. Most of my experience with them was being passed around from agent to agent as they made many attempts to hard sell me to invest more. Becareful this company is not registered as a Business entity or and LLC. They are a complete scam.

When i began an online business, i got a call from someone at ebiz innovations who said that they were connected with my website business and that they were the ones doing the marketing for me. False. I paid $2800 foolishly because they provided nothing and they won't give me my money back. I have asked several times and now they don't take my calls. This business needs to be investigated and shut down. I saved a copy of the contract that i had signed with them and when i go to the document now to print it off, it is just blank paper. Wow. I don't know how people like this can have no conscience.

At first I was enthusiastic with the services provided by Ebiz Innovations with the creation of my internet website with the promise of my advisor to be at my side at all times throughout the duration of my so called business; and he was there for the first 4 months. When sales did not occur, & the one sale I had flipped back to AMAZON.com, the powerhouse behind my website whereby I did not get credit for this sale, I began the 2 month process of trying to contact my advisor.... First, his phone had been disconnected so I emailed Customer Service & was provided a new number?? Then after many attempted calls, I finally reached him to be told that we needed to make an appointment because he was extremely busy.... That appointment came & went with me calling him with no answer to my voicemail! This company is a fraud... I was told I had all the tools to make a lot of money .... Wrong & I invested my savings! This company needs to be stopped!
